The Patient List can be filtered based on one or two of the following criteria: First Name, Last Name, Account, Owning Physician, Location, PCP, X-Cover (if applicable), Room, Service Group (if applicable). This article will walk you through the patient list criteria filter options.
NOTE: In addition to the filter criteria, the patient list can also be sorted by patients with or without charges.
Access the Filter/Sort Menu by tapping the word Filter at the upper right of the Patient List screen to access the filter/sort menu.
Add a Filter - Select Desired Filter Criteria
Select Desired Filter - Once you've selected an option, you will immediately be taken back to the patient list with the filter applied.
NOTE: Only patients with the selected filter option will be displayed.
The patient list now contains only patients that meet the filter criteria. When a filter is applied, the number of patients being shown will appear at the top of your screen. In the example below, it shows that (66 or 201) patients are visible.
Remove the filter by going back into the selected filter & unchecking your selections.
